Meet The Team
Two directors. One team. Every project handled personally from start to finish.
Marc brings 13+ years of experience across multi-residential and commercial construction, with a Class A Builder's licence and a project management background that spans the full delivery cycle. He has led complex builds from documentation through to handover, with a hands-on approach to site management, subcontractor coordination, and construction sequencing.
At Grid, Marc owns the build. He manages the trades, drives the programme, and holds the technical detail that separates a well-run site from a poorly run one. His subcontractor relationships - built over more than a decade in the Canberra market - mean the right people are on every project.

Aidan brings 7+ years of project management experience across some of Canberra's most complex commercial builds - spanning education, defence, commercial office, and fitout. He has led projects from early design coordination through to handover, with a track record of managing consultant teams, procurement, and delivery on large-scale programmes.
At Grid, Aidan leads the early phase of every project - development strategy, site feasibility, design direction, and approvals. His commercial background gives him a sharp eye for what makes a project viable, and his interest in design means that viability is never pursued at the expense of quality.
