David Dal Molin brings a builder's precision and a tradesman's eye to every Grid Homes project. A carpenter by trade and licensed builder, David owns and operates Onsite Building Services - a Canberra-based carpentry business built on quality workmanship and exacting standards.

As a director of Grid Homes, David bridges the gap between design intent and on-site delivery. He is the person who ensures that what was designed and specified is exactly what gets built - down to the finest detail. That level of accountability on site is what gives Grid Homes its consistency across every project.
