Premiere on West is our first Grid Homes project — a design-led showcase of the quality, detailing, and practical planning that underpin the entire Grid Homes framework. Set on West Avenue, it represents the benchmark for future Grid Homes builds: efficient footprints, architectural simplicity, refined material selections, and a focus on livability. Premiere on West is the blueprint for how we approach small-scale residential development — thoughtful design, consistent craftsmanship, and a clear, purposeful construction methodology brought to life on site.
