A knockdown-rebuild on a 651sqm corner block in one of Queanbeyan's most established pockets - opposite Queanbeyan Pool and Park, and minutes from the CBD.

Grid managed the entire project from design and DA approvals through to handover, delivering a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that balances considered design with practical, low-maintenance family living.

The result speaks for itself in the details - a high-end kitchen with AEG and Miele appliances and Quantum Quartz benchtops, a Stuv fireplace, zoned ducted heating and cooling with under-tile heating in wet areas, double-glazed windows throughout, and inbuilt Sonos speakers across the living, dining, and alfresco. A gym and multi-purpose room add flexibility, while the outdoor kitchen and alfresco make the backyard a genuine extension of the home.

The sustainable side was built in from the start - 10KW solar, 15,000L rainwater tanks, WiFi-controlled irrigation, and a motorised entry gate. Efficient to run, easy to live in.
