A ground-floor apartment renovation within one of Kingston's most recognised residential buildings, delivered while the tower remained fully occupied.
Grid managed the full scope from body corporate approvals and pre-construction coordination through to handover - navigating the constraints of an occupied building without compromising on quality or programme. That meant strict noise and access management, coordinated services shutdowns, and close communication with building management throughout.
The works included full demolition of the existing fitout, new hydraulic and electrical services, and a complete kitchen and bathroom renovation anchored by detailed joinery and custom stone selections. Every finish was considered - the kind of detailing that reads as quiet and resolved rather than loud.
